Rock Steady Boxing improves the quality of life for people battling Parkinson’s disease through non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness training.

No boxing experience is necessary and people of all ages are invited to participate.

Classes take place at the Brunswick Landing YMCA and are led by certified Rock Steady Boxing instructors. YMCA membership required.

Join us for one-hour of mindfulness practice outside among the beautiful pines on the Parkview Campus. Class will consist of mindful stretching, walking in nature, meditation, and discussion.  Beginners welcome!  Seating will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite outdoor chair with you. If there is inclement weather, we will move inside.

We meet outside on the Parkview Campus next to the duck pond located at the front of the building. In case of rain, we will meet inside.

Specialized 12- week exercise program consisting of Treadmill walking using the CLEVER exercise protocol and Claudication Pain Scale.

Covered by most insurers.

Referral required by MD or DO. To see if you qualify for this program, please speak with your physician.

We offer a Virtual Tour of the Family Birth Center should you not be able to attend an in-person tour. This is offered 24/7 by registering to recieve the link. 

Wellness RN/Health Coach will contact referred patients. A wellness assessment will be completed and program recommendations will be made. All participants will be referred to the Prescription for Health Class.
