Spend some time in the kitchen and get inspired. We’ll be learning how to use fun and helpful cooking gadgets and tools that make meal prep easier and more enjoyable.

We’ll make and share a few favorite healthy plant based recipes, including:

• Mixed Greens Salad with Fresh Veggies & Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette
• Hearty Grain Bread
