If you can't immediately answer yes with confidence then sign up for this class.

Learn the skills for CPR and choking rescue on an infant up to the age of one year. This is a hands-on experience with manikins where you'll gain confidence through practice while having some fun as well.

Class is only 90 minutes and the cost minimal for a valuable life-long tool.

Price is per person so bring your family, friends and even your neighbors. You never know when you might need these skills.

Please join us for this session for clinicians caring for cancer survivors.

Falguni Vashi is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner. Falguni earned her DPT from MGH Institute of Health Professionals. She received her Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through Herman and Wallace. She is also a Women’s Health Coach.

She is the owner and founder of PelviCure Physical Therapy in Nashua NH. She treats patients with pelvic health conditions to alleviate pelvic pain, and to improve bowel, bladder and sexual health. She has special interest in treating pelvic health conditions affecting both male and female cancer survivors.

Topics to be addressed:

  • Pelvic Floor anatomy and physiology
  • Cancer (specifically pelvic cancers) and treatment effects on the bowel, bladder and sexual function
  • Questions to ask the client and when to refer to pelvic health specialists
  • Tools to give the client when they have pelvic health concerns
  • Pelvic rehab interventions for bowel, bladder and sexual health conditions affecting cancer clients

Classes are geared to students ages 11 -14.
